She is responsible for all things "paperwork" for everyone and everything, holding the company's commercial core together. Her strength lies in coordinating all commercial processes, from bookkeeping, invoicing, and human resources to client and employee billing and accounts receivable management. Her sharp mathematical mind serves her well every single day. Britta describes her work style as responsible, detail-oriented, reliable, punctual, structured, and proactive. She is particularly proud of the tabular overviews she has developed, which provide the entire team with a quick snapshot and ensure fast response times to any questions. She wouldn't want to be without the advanced version of the Lexware accounting software, which simplifies many processes and automatically updates changes. When Britta isn't at her computer, she spends time with her family, enjoys leisure time by the water, brings creative ideas to life, or dances ballroom and Latin at her dance school.
