In a nutshell, what is the 7i7® subscription?
Your outsourced design department for a fixed monthly fee. A dedicated team based in Germany handles all your design needs, from social ads and landing pages to full-scale campaigns. No need to hire staff, juggle freelancers, or pay agency fees for every single project.
What does "unlimited orders" mean?
You can submit as many briefings as you like at no extra cost. 7i7® processes them one after the other. The number of active projects depends on your plan: Basic allows one, Pro two, and Ultimate four. Once one is finished, the next one begins. This keeps your costs predictable while giving you control over the priority.
How quickly will I get results?
Your team gets started within 24 hours, and you can generally expect initial results in under 48 hours. 7i7® often delivers smaller assets like social ads on the same day. More extensive projects such as landing pages, presentations, or full campaigns take a few days longer. The rule of thumb: the clearer your briefing, the faster the turnaround. What is included, and what are the limitations?
Over 100 design services covering everything you need for daily marketing and business operations: social media creatives, ads, banners, print, presentations, landing pages, brand and logo design, packaging, plus motion and video starting with the Pro package. To be clear: 7i7® is your design department, not an advertising agency or software developer. 7i7® designs your website, but does not program it. Who will be working on my projects?
Exclusively full-time designers based in Germany. No freelancers, no agency lottery, no constant hand-offs. Your team gets to know your brand and supports you for the long term, communicating in German and working with you as true partners.
Which plan is right for me?
Rule of thumb: Basic, if you regularly need individual creatives and one project at a time is enough. Pro for teams managing multiple projects in parallel who also want motion and video. Ultimate, if you want 7i7® to replace your entire design department, including strategic consulting.
Is there a minimum contract period, and how do I cancel?
You can choose between flexible monthly, quarterly, or semi-annual billing, with longer terms offering a lower monthly rate. Why have a contract period at all? Because your team needs time to get to know your brand before design work can become truly predictable. Cancellations take effect at the end of your term with 30 calendar days' notice. Important: For the monthly subscription, the notice period for the first month is 10 calendar days before the end of the term.
Who owns the designs, and do I get the source files?
You do. Upon delivery, full usage rights are transferred to you, allowing you to use, print, publish, and share everything as you wish. If requested, you will receive the open working files so that you or another team can continue working on them later. No lock-in.
How do you handle data privacy?
7i7® is a German GmbH based in Schleswig-Holstein. We are GDPR-compliant and process your data in Germany. Upon request, 7i7® can sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA); this is standard practice for our larger clients.
