Heiko Schemmerling

Heiko Schemmerling is the Design Team Lead at 7i7®, guiding his team with a rare blend of experience and vision. Over the course of decades, he has built up design expertise across a wide range of fields, combining this foundation with a strong aptitude for people management and a deep understanding of all things AI. In doing so, Heiko brings people and technology together, ensuring his team is not only high-performing but also future-proof. He describes his working style as maintaining a strategic overview, always with an eye for where the team needs support most. He is particularly proud of developing an in-house AI video training program, through which he consolidates knowledge and shares it with the team. A key part of his daily workflow that he wouldn't want to be without is the 7i7® Flow. When he’s not at his computer, he’s filming his own video projects or playing sports.
