Luca Ortlieb is a team lead at 7i7® who focuses primarily on ensuring the designers have everything they need to do their best work. He keeps a close eye on quality, manages new client onboarding, and guides them through the initial stages. His professional strength lies in bringing structure to projects and communicating complex ideas clearly. Even when juggling multiple projects, Luca maintains a clear overview and supports the team so everyone can focus on what really matters. One of his most memorable experiences was working with ITB, one of his first clients, where he completely overhauled their logo and branding. That is exactly what he loves: working with great people to refine a brand. He wouldn't want to work without Auto Layout and prototypes in Figma, which save time every day and are simply fun to use. When Luca isn't at his computer, he’s meeting up with friends, taking his dog for a run, or just switching off. In three words, he describes his work as: creative, dynamic, never boring.
