Russ Perry

Russ Perry is the founder and CEO of Design Pickle, the world’s largest flat-rate design service. What he started in Arizona in 2015 without any outside capital has grown from two employees into a global team of hundreds of designers and over 750,000 completed creative projects. Design Pickle is now considered the most successful flat-rate model for creative services worldwide and the blueprint for the entire industry. Perry, who studied industrial design at Arizona State University, holds a conviction that he shares with 7i7: that high-quality design should be reliable, fast, and accessible to everyone. This very idea made Design Pickle the pioneer of a business model that has since been widely copied. Since 2024, Russ Perry has also been supporting 7i7 as a mentor, bringing his experience in building and scaling a world-leading design company directly into its development.
