Vincent Jureczek
Vincent Jureczek, born in 1998, is the founder and CEO of 7i7® Design GmbH and one of the key figures behind the design subscription model. After studying Retail Management at the Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University (DHBW), he took on leadership responsibilities early in his career, managing a division of around 300 employees at a major corporation. Even during his studies, however, he knew his future lay in design—an industry he felt was outdated, characterized by lengthy approval processes, opaque pricing, and rigid workflows. The consistency with which Vincent pursues his goals is evident outside of his business as well. He is mentored by some of the best in their fields: Alex Hormozi, one of the world's most influential marketers; Russ Perry, CEO of one of the world's largest design agencies; Wim Hof, known as "The Ice Man"; and his personal trainer, Sasha Dejas. He applies this same discipline to himself, completing an Ironman in 2025, one of the most demanding endurance challenges in triathlon. He has brought this exact mindset to his company. Within a few years, he built 7i7® Design GmbH entirely on his own, fully bootstrapped and without external investors. With the design subscription, clients receive professional design for a fixed monthly fee—predictable, scalable, and free of bureaucratic hurdles. The model struck a chord: in its first fiscal year, 7i7® generated seven-figure revenue, quickly becoming Europe's market leader in design subscriptions, ranking among Germany's fastest-growing companies in its sector, and receiving the German Design Award. His driving force remains a clear conviction: high-quality design should not be a privilege reserved for those with large budgets. His goal is to make top-tier design accessible, bureaucracy-free, and affordable for everyone.
